A love story
It’s the classic romcom formula – a video production company and a creative agency meet in kindergarten, develop a friendship that lasts through high school, go their separate ways during college, get reacquainted at a townie bar over Christmas one year, start an on-again-off-again relationship, eventually move in together, settle down, have a baby and live happily ever after.
But you glossed over the best part! That giggling, dribbling baby has DNA from both two amazing parents. That baby has demonstrable, technical skills! That baby has creativity in spades!
That baby is a creative video agency.
Like all children, a creative video agency is a precious snowflake imbued with unique characteristics. And if there’s one thing you need to know about a creative video agency, it’s this:
We want to get involved right away – sleeves up, digging in – to produce meaningful ideas that will help you make the most of your time and resources.
That means we probably aren’t the ones to call when you’ve got a last-minute job and need someone to show up and shoot it. Instead, we’re the ones to call when you know that you need to engage your stakeholders but you don’t quite know how to do it by using video.
We’ll do a discovery session. We’ll pitch concepts. We’ll write scripts. We’ll direct and capture footage. We’ll edit the final product.
Why do you want someone to do all of that, you ask? Did you skip the part about us being snowflakes?! We’re very special!
Seriously, though: you want your video partner to be as closely aligned to your messaging as possible. The way your video looks and sounds ought to fit in with the other marketing and communications activities you undertake. The sooner we get in the door to learn about (or help conceive) those other activities and the sooner we can help you home in on the right message, the more success we’ll all enjoy down the road.
Fair question. The biggest benefit of working with a creative video agency is knowing that we’re not after short-term gains. Because we are invested in your plan and making sure everything comes together, we aren’t interested in doing one-and-done projects. We’re here for the long haul, developing partnerships that last.
